Trees for interviews! How jobseekers can help the environment!

This month, we celebrate the first anniversary of our partnership with the Czech Republic’s leading job portals, jobs.cz and prace.cz. The use of video interviewing as a candidate screening tool has grown fast in the country during that time and it’s now a standard part of the recruitment process for many of the country’s employers, large and small, local and international.

“We’re delighted that this new product has found its place in the sun”, says portal owner LMC. So much so that the company will be planting one tree for each video interview recorded for their clients in June. As most Czechs love little more than to spend their free time hiking and camping in the forests of their beautiful country, we’re sure they’ll rise to the challenge.
